Recognition & Celebration

Flock Recognition

Recently two different Willmar Poultry Farm flocks achieved record numbers for the highest average daily gain, one for light hens and the other for toms.  According to Ziggy Kotze, WPF General Manager, “the recent performances of these flocks is due in large part to the effort put forth by the farm managers and supervisors.  They work towards producing the best environment for the birds by monitoring barn condition, managing the environment, and more recently, getting a much better handle on water sanitation.”  In addition to creating the best environment, both farm managers have been with the company for several years.  Their tenure and experience are a benefit to both the company and the flocks as they continue to expand their knowledge.
