New Additions in Human Resources
Welcome Melissa Sorenson!
Hello Everyone! I am excited to introduce myself as the newest member to join the LSI family as part of the Human Resources Team! I have recently joined the Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on recruiting for LSI and its affiliates: Nova-Tech, MinnWest, and Mighty Spark in Minneapolis. My passion comes from connecting with people and investing in the communities in which I live and serve. I have a background in recruiting within the poultry industry and am looking forward to continuing the mission of feeding the world with LSI and its affiliates. My husband, Tony and I live in Willmar with our two very active kiddos, Elijah and Easton. You will typically find us enjoying the lake life throughout the summer and spending most of the winter months in a hockey arena! I have enjoyed meeting many of you over the past few weeks, and am looking forward to connecting with those that I haven’t – please feel free to swing down and say hello!
