MinnWest Anniversary Celebration
The MinnWest Technology Campus hosted an Anniversary event at the Willmar Stinger’s game on Thursday, June 9th in celebration of their 15th Anniversary! Employees from many of the Campus tenants attended along with the MinnWest staff to celebrate and enjoy a beautiful night at the ballfield.
ShrimpWorks
Nova-Tech Engineering has been expanding their product offering outside of the poultry market by introducing a new automated solution for the shrimp market. ShrimpWorks heads, deveins, peels, creates an EZ-Pell cut, and sorts all on one processing platform, which is revolutionary to the industry. Our team has been building our network by attending tradeshows and becoming involved in industry events throughout the year. ShrimpWorks platforms are in processing plants around the United States, Canada, and Europe, with a focus on expanding the European and Latin American market in the back half of our current fiscal year and into the next year.
