We are very happy to announce that we have added a new Training Specialist to the team, Bethany Wallace! She started towards the end of March and has had an adventurous onboarding process considering COVID-19 and the balance of working/learning the job from home and working part-time in the office. In her new role, she will be working closely with Kristi in the area of Training and Development. Initially her main concentration will be in the area of Strengths, the StrengthsFinder philosophy, and the Go, Put Your Strengths to Work training course. If you have any strengths specific questions or general training questions, feel free to send them her way! Also, if you receive emails or phone calls from her, now you have a little more background as to who she is and how she is adding value to our HR team.
We are very excited to have her! Once things get back to normal, please feel free to stop by and say hi or feel free to shoot her an email and welcome her to the company.

Congratulations to Andy (Leon) Ragsdale, Farm Manager for Select Genetics – Missouri on his recent retirement! Andy has been a farm manager since November 1990, close to 30 years! Thank you Andy for your commitment to the Company, enjoy your retirement!

On May 1st Richard Heideman, Mill Operator at Farm Service Elevator, and his wife Kaitlyn welcomed son Henry (Hank) Everett Heideman. Hank was born weighing 5lbs. 8oz. and was 21 inches long. Congratulations Heideman family!
Congratulations to Philip Howe, PK Farm Manager for Select Genetics – Missouri, on the birth of his son Dallas James Howe! Dallas was born on May 5th at 5:37am weighing 9lbs. 9 oz. and was 22 inches long.
