New Employee Orientation Video
If you have been through Organization Orientation in the past number of years, you may recall a video of Ted and Ray talking through all of the companies and giving their insight into the organization. This video is a classic and something that will be kept for it’s historical value, however, things change with time and we wanted to have that orientation video represent where we are today. Over the past year, the Training & Development team at LSI has been working on updating the New Employee Orientation video and as of June 2021 this video has replaced the previous version. While this is great information for new hires to know, we thought all employees would enjoy checking out the new video as well. The new video has gone in a slightly different direction and is centered around values, Strengths and Servant Leadership, and a bit of company history. Enjoy!
New LSI Service Desk Hours
The LSI Service Desk recently expanded their service hours! They will be available 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday to better meet your needs.
The ideal methods to engage the LSI Service Desk are:

- By phone, 320-222-9778 or direct extension 9778.
- By email, helpdesk@lsius.net.
In the event of an emergency or an afterhours emergency please use the support number 320-222-9778 and immediately press 1 to be routed to a live person.
