Hi everyone,

Our Organizational Development team recently set out to adorn the back wall of our training and orientation room with something that tells a story about our company (see image above). We started with a printed version of the drawing featured in our LSI history orientation video as a center piece and created digital paintings of our individual companies to accompany it. Each canvas represents an affiliate and has a short paragraph highlighting its role. Having these visuals in the training room helps paint a better picture (pun intended) of how all of our companies fit together for new and current employees. Below is a slideshow of each Affiliate illustration.
