Welcome to our new Employee Update

Hello!

Welcome to our new HR Update! I know, it may look a bit wild and crazy, but you’ll get used to it. Moving forward we will continue making improvements and style changes but are excited to finally be able to show off the first stage of this new arena for communication.

There are a couple reasons for this change: We wanted a fresh new look, a platform that is easier to use, and a way to make the update more accessible. You may notice that if you are on your smartphone and outside of the internal network you can now access this blog without having to sign in. Yay! Now, there is going to be some information that we want to be more secure, so in order to see absolutely everything in the update you will still have to sign in. There should be a notification in areas that have hidden content and a link at the top to log in.

On to other news:

We recently had a major company announcement. On Monday the 13th there was a company wide conference call and meeting where Rick and Rick shared with us the changing paradigm of Poult distribution. Above is a photograph of the signing of the final agreement documents.

If you weren’t able to join in on the call or want to watch it again; Here is a video of that announcement:

As some of you know, we are currently working towards rolling out our employee engagement surveys. We will be doing this in two separate phases. If you are a part of Epitopix, LSI, MinnWest, Nova-Tech, PALS or Syntiron, you are a part of the first phase. This means that your engagement surveys are currently open and will remain open through Friday, October 31st. If you have not had a chance to take your survey, please set aside 10 minutes and submit yours today. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

If you are a part of Ag Forte, Farm Service Elevator, Willmar Poultry Farms or Willmar Logistics, you will be a part of the second phase. Please stay tuned, your engagement surveys will be coming in the near future!

For any questions regarding this topic, feel free to reach out to Kristi DeGree at Kristi.DeGree@life-scienceinnovations.com or at extension 2796.
