HR Summit

LSI Shared Services Human Resources hosted their 4th Annual HR Summit, August 1st – 4th!  HR Staff from Select Genetics, Turkey Valley Farms, Nova-Tech Engineering, and LSI Shared Services attended for a week full of educational sessions on HR resources and trends, networking, team building, and sharing of knowledge across the organization.  Thank you to everyone who attended to make this a fun and successful event!

Ag Innovation Conference

MinnWest Technology Campus successfully hosted their 12th Annual Ag Innovation conference on Tuesday, July 26th!  This is the 3rd year they have partnered with the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar EDC to host this event and had over 150 ag professionals attend either in-person or virtually.  This year’s theme was Growing in Ag and Cultivating New Opportunities and focused on cultivating new opportunities, connecting communities, engaging the next generation, and promoting sustainable practices.  If you’re interested in checking out the speakers, click here to view a virtual stream of the event.
