JoEllen Rosendahl’s (LSI administrative assistant supervisor) birthday was last Friday so naturally her co-workers decided to pull some pranks. First things first they duct taped a blow horn to the bottom of her chair! It took her a little bit to finally sit down, but when she did it was humorously startling. See video clip below:

The next prank went something like this: Billie Jo Lane, the LSI accounting admin assistant, told JoEllen that someone had been in the bathroom a really long time and wasn’t sure if they were ok. JoEllen went in to check on them and kept saying “Hello?” “Are you okay?” “Hello?” “Hello?” “Are you okay?” Obviously she did not get a response since it wasn’t really a person. She finally said, “Are you okay? It’s not okay!” She went to ask Beth Wosmek, LSI’s CFO, what to do. Beth wasn’t in on the joke and didn’t know what to do so finally Billie brought JoEllen back to the bathroom to tell her it was a prank. Happy birthday JoEllen!

30 years seems to be a popular amount of time to work for our company(s), this month we have two 30 year anniversaries! Jim Sieben, President of NTE, has been with us for 30 years. He started working for PALS, then moved to Farm Service Elevator and eventually to Nova-Tech Engineering. Below photo is of him and his wife in China.

Wednesday, June 3rd was Carl Lundquist’s 30th Year Anniversary. Carl works in the PALS warehouse with shipping and receiving. His achievement was celebrated with our good friends cake and ice cream!
