Hello all. Willmar Poultry Company was recently featured in Mpls. St. Paul Magazine. Here is Kristi DeGree with the details:

A couple of months ago we were contacted by a writer from the Mpls. St. Paul magazine. He told us that he was interested in publishing an article about the Willmar hatchery for their November issue – right around thanksgiving time!

He and his peer drove out to the Willmar area and went on a tour of the hatchery with Neil Miller, myself and Mike Bregel. The article has now been published and we received permission to distribute it via our HR update.

For those of you that have taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, we have something that might be of interest to you.

Gallup has just announced the availability of their StrengthsFinder mobile app for both iTunes and Google Play! Download it now and study your personal strengths wherever you go.

• Take the Clifton StrengthsFinder, view your strengths, and read your insight statements.
• Use your app credentials to access Gallup Strengths Center. and vice versa.

Turkey Recipes & Tips!

This week features a Thanksgiving Turkey tip from Michelle Falling!

Mayonnaise Roasted Turkey Recipe 

Stop worrying about a dry turkey.  Just grab a jar of MAYO and slather it all over that bird!  You don’t have to re-live the Grizwold Family Thanksgiving……

I can’t remember the last time we had to worry about throwing away a dry turkey and grabbing the frozen pizza instead on Thanksgiving. 🙂  **Just remember to take some mayo out of the jar first before spreading on your bird so you don’t contaminate the whole jar!

Please remember every benefit eligible employee MUST TAKE ACTION. Even if you want to waive all benefits, you still need to go through this online process. You must go through the entire process. When you are complete, you will have a FINISH button. Then you must STILL hit SAVE&EXIT before leaving the page. Please reference “TIPS” emails for further pointers.
