Greetings!

We recently enjoyed our LSI Christmas party where Pam Schlagel orchestrated Christmas Bingo (using chex mix as counters) and an entertaining white elephant gift exchange. I received a remarkably accurate custom kitchen towel that said something along the lines of “I make a mean Tator-tot hot-dish.” It couldn’t have been closer to the truth ;). I am very grateful that Sonia sent over some pictures of Central Ag Forte’s Christmas party; it looks like they had quite a good time as well! It is always a blessing to see what is going on in each area of our family of companies, so please continue to snap pictures and send over an email with any company news, events, parties, etc happening in your corner of the company.

Turkey Recipes & Tips!

This time around we will be deviating from turkey to showcase a fun holiday cookie that was submitted anonymously by an LSI employee. The anonymous baker recommends cooking these up wearing an ugly Christmas sweater and scarfing down some mashed potatoes while waiting for the oven to ding.
